Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Sharlene Oshiro spent over 20 years in the music industry, working in public relations, marketing, and event coordination.  During that time, she also developed an interest in energy healing and Reiki, and went on to study metaphysics at the American Institute of Holistic Theology.  From an early age, she questioned different religious beliefs and spirituality, and when she discovered metaphysics, everything just “clicked.” She is a second degree Reiki practitioner and is currently studying to become a licensed massage therapist.

Re-entering single life after 13 years of marriage and being forced to restructure her business during the same time; Sharlene went through a period of intense personal transformation.  Her passion for personal development led her to transition to a new career in life coaching.  She is presently enrolled in the International Coach Academy’s Certified Professional Coach program and is certified to coach using Marcia Weider’s proven 10-step Dream Coach process.

Skills she honed in the music business such as creative problem solving and the ability to bring order out of chaos are especially beneficial to clients who are in transition, are having challenges in manifesting their dreams, or that lack purpose in their lives. 

Sharlene continues to play music professionally, and still coordinates Hawaiian music concerts around the world.
